Happy Hearts combines play, emotional education, and practical tools for both children and parents, focusing on building confidence, communication, and emotional awareness in a warm, nurturing setting.

Happy Hearts is NOT therapy. It is a coaching and emotional learning program designed to support children’s emotional growth and everyday challenges through structured play and guidance.

1. Enquiry- Parents reach out and book an initial consultation.

2. Assessment- An initial session helps understand the child’s emotions, behavior, and goals for support.

3. Sessions- Children engage in play-based activities, creative expression, and guided conversations to build emotional awareness, coping skills, and communication. 

Duration: 45-60 minutes

4. Parent Feedback & Support- Before each session, parents share a brief update on how the child’s week has been. After every session, parents receive feedback, insights, and simple strategies to continue supporting their child at home.

Whether a child has big emotions, trouble communicating feelings, or simply needs support building confidence and social skills, Happy Hearts provides a strong emotional foundation they can carry with them through life.

Happy Hearts is designed for children ages 3-10 years.

We offer both in-person and online sessions. In-person sessions are preferred and available in Mumbai. For families outside Mumbai, sessions can be conducted online.

Pricing varies based on whether the sessions are individual or group-based. A minimum commitment of 8 sessions is required. Details will be shared upon inquiry.
An initial consultation session is available for ₹1500.

Parents receive brief updates, tools, and strategies to continue emotional learning at home and support their child’s progress.

Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations/ Reschedules made after this time may be charged 50% of the session fee.

All sessions are conducted in a respectful, supportive, and private environment. Information shared during sessions is kept confidential, except where safety concerns require parental involvement.
